Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Journeyman (or higher) Plumbing Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems in residential (and light commercial) settings while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

This is not an entry-level position — we are looking for professionals who take pride in their craft, communicate well with customers, and can work independently.

Qualifications

  • Active Journeyperson Plumbing License (or Master License)
  • 3+ years of field experience (service experience strongly preferred)
  • ServiceTitan experience preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable using mobile apps and field service software

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems (water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, etc.)
  • Perform service calls, maintenance, and installations with efficiency and accuracy
  • Communicate clearly with customers about issues, solutions, and pricing
  • Provide options and recommendations — not just quick fixes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
  • Complete invoices, notes, and documentation accurately (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
  • Follow all plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
