Scheduling and Appointments

Customer Responsibilities

  • Property Access: Ensure safe and clear access to work areas

  • Payment Authorization: Ensure authorized person is present for service approval and payment

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Customer Cancellations: Must provide at least 2 hours notice for standard appointments
  • No-Show Policy: If customer is not available at scheduled time without prior notice, service fees may apply
  • Weather Delays: Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather conditions
  • Rescheduling: We will work with you to reschedule appointments when necessary

Pricing and Payment Terms

SMS/Text Message Services

Opt-In Language for Customers

First Class Plumbing will collect verbal opt-ins from customers. Customers will be able to opt in to receive SMS notifications (e.g., billing, appointment reminders, dispatch updates, job completion surveys) either in person at your location or during a phone call initiated by the customer. Upon first registration, customers will be asked for their phone number and informed about receiving text messages. They will also be notified of possible message and data rates, variable message frequency, and instructions to text HELP for support or STOP to unsubscribe. Customers will also be informed that their number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

By submitting this form and signing up for texts, you consent to receive messages from First Class Plumbing at the provided number, including messages sent via auto-dialer. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the services performed
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Some states do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you
  • Customer assumes responsibility for compliance with local building codes and permit requirements

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or supplier issues.

Customer Responsibilities and Conduct

Property Conditions

  • Maintain safe working conditions and remove hazards when possible
  • Provide accurate information about property conditions, utility locations, and previous work
  • Ensure proper utilities (water, electricity) are available for service completion
  • Inform technicians of any known health or safety concerns on the property

Acceptable Use of Services

  • Use our services only for legitimate plumbing needs
  • Provide truthful information about service requirements
  • Treat our employees and technicians with respect and professionalism
  • Do not interfere with work in progress or direct technicians to perform unsafe work

Prohibited Conduct

  • Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff
  • Requesting work that violates building codes or safety regulations
  • Attempting to perform DIY repairs during active service calls
  • Using our services for illegal purposes or in violation of local regulations

Intellectual Property
